Our Standards of Operation Amidst COVID-19
InnBuffalo’s number one priority is the safety of our guests, employees and family. For that reason, we have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures in accordance with CDC and AHLA guidelines. Vaccinated guests are free to go without a mask.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be canceled up until three days (72 hours) prior to your arrival. Your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within three days of your arrival will forfeit your deposit.
InnBuffalo has always used hospital-grade disinfectants and protocols that adhere to CDC and AHLA guidelines for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting highly touched surfaces has been increased throughout the inn.
STAFF: We are a small property and have a small staff. All employees self-monitor for symptoms and do not come to work if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19. All staff have been vaccinnated.
VENTILATION: All guest rooms at InnBuffalo are independently heated and cooled and guests control the temperature. Specifically, guest rooms are heated by radiators in combination with individual Fujitsu units that heat and cool. In addition, the windows may be opened.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Self check-in instructions will be provided. We ask that you estimate your check-in time as best as you can and keep us updated if that changes. Check-in is from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Please make special arrangements for times outside of these hours. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Late check-out is available (as late as 2:00pm) as is early check-in (noon-3:00pm) for an additional $50 fee. To choose, go to previous screen and add under the "Specials & Packages" tab.
BREAKFAST: Each morning between 7:30am-10:30am guests may help themselves to a complimentary, self-serve breakfast consisiting of fresh berries, yogurt, granola, a baked good, hard boiled eggs, whole fruit, coffee, tea & juice. In addition, there is a Keurig coffee maker in your room and a small refrigerator. There are many walkable options in the neighborhood for dining, as well.
HOUSEKEEPING: We are not entering guest rooms at this time. If you need anything at all, please text or phone 716-303-4403.
UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Only guests of the inn are permitted on the property. Please check with us first if you plan to have company.
PARKING: Parking in front of the inn alternates, please read signs. Parking on property is limited to four assigned spots and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. Parking is $15 per day. You must have parking included on your reservation and be assigned a space. If you park on property without permission you will be asked to move your vehicle and/or be charged the fee.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special events. A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, during some holidays and special events.
InnBuffalo is a non-smoking property.
All rates are based on double occupancy. Only certain suites can accommodate more than two people. There is a $25.00 charge for each extra guest each day.
Please call to inquire about bringing your pet. We have certain rooms that are able to accommodate pets. There is also a pet fee of $50.
Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES: Please phone InnBuffalo directly to make your reservation. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are not transferable, may not be applied toward group reservations or used toward events or retail items at the inn.
Cleaning/Linen Fee: A fee will be assessed should you leave your room in such a way that a heightened level of disinfection is required or linens are ruined.
