Karma Yoga Classes

InnBuffalo has organized a series of donation-based yoga classes called "Karma Yoga" to support the ongoing restorations of InnBuffalo off Elmwood. The donations collected during these classes will be used towards various restoration projects, such as reclaiming original woodwork, uncovering gold leafing in the grand staircase, and providing educational opportunities to the public.

Every Saturday, from 9:30-10:30AM, as weather permits!

Cash or Venmo donations will be welcomed at the beginning or conclusion of each class.

This class is available to the public and our registered guests. All you need is a yoga mat! Booking ahead is not required.

Dominic Giambra

Dominic Giambra successfully completed his 200-hour yoga teacher certification course, facilitated by HEAL BFLO and Power Yoga Buffalo, in Spring 2023. He has spent the last decade studying, performing, and choreographing dance; he's now excited to explore the possibilities of fusing the two disciplines! Dominic spends time as a Certified Wastewater Operator at the Buffalo Sewer Authority, happily supporting his community and the environment. He strives to be a leader for inclusion and accessibility, and an example of how to live a powerful life,
on and off the mat.
*May my life be for the benefit of all beings*

Alisha Lall

Alisha Lall recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through HEAL BFLO. Alisha was born and raised in WNY, lived and traveled abroad before deciding to move home and serve her community. As a primary care physician, her focus is on lifestyle medicine and empowering individuals to take ownership in their health. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to inspire others to be their best self and create a welcoming environment for human connection. She is thrilled to share her love for yoga and community at the InnBuffalo off Elmwood this summer!
